Laura Sanders, Owner/Technician
Laura has been in the dental field all her life. Her father and brother are both dentists. She started in her father's in-house lab at a very young age working just part time during her summer breaks. Once she graduated, she made it a career.
Laura is a graduate of New York University's School of Dentistry's Master Dental Technologist program and a Certified Dental Technician. She is also a Registered Dental Assistant and has extensive clinical experience helping Dentists maximize the patient's experience.
She's very passionate about what she does and slightly a perfectionist. She is a proud member of the National Association of Dental Laboratories, the Dental Laboratory Association of Texas, and the Dental Technicians Guild. She regularly attends courses with leading dental companies, which keeps her at the forefront of technology and material assuring you the best offerings to your patients.
When shes not at the bench, Laura enjoys being outdoors. Her hobbies include bee keeping, hunting, camping, off-roading, and horseback riding.
Heath Sanders, Technician
Heath began his dental laboratory career in 2012. He started out in the model room pouring and mounting cases. He quickly advanced through all areas in the laboratory. He is fast, efficient, and precise with his work. He is currently in charge of our model, processing and finishing, repair and reline departments. He is a vital part of our success.
Heath enjoys being outdoors and his hobbies include hunting, fishing, camping, off-roading, and mechanicing on "project" trucks or jeeps. He's a jack of all trades and a proficient welder and mechanic.
Mike Gonzales, Technician
Mike is a 1982 recognized graduate from American Career Schools in Arlington, TX. He joined our team in 2018 and with nearly 40 yrs. of experience in the dental laboratory, he is truly an asset to us. With a specialty in partials denture, Mike has taken our partials to the next level. He is meticulous with his work and makes sure each and every frame holds up to our high standards for fit and finish. We are very fortunate to have him on our team. He's an awesome technician and an all around great guy!
Mike is a family man with 4 children and 4 grand children. His hobby include fishing, collecting cars and guns, and watching football or baseball.
